FAQ
Short answers to common questions.
Is Kronos live?
Not yet. The app runs in demo mode with illustrative figures until the hub contracts are deployed and audited.
Can KRONOS fall below backing?
The market price can. The treasury will not sell below backing, and the floor bid buys back at liquid backing less 1.5%, which supports the price.
Why does the rebase stop at backing?
Because there is no premium to mint from. Paying a rebase below backing would dilute holders exactly when it hurts most. The USDG dividend keeps paying.
Can I withdraw borrowed USDG to my wallet?
No. Borrowed funds stay inside the Prime Account until the loan is repaid. That is what keeps lenders safe.
Why does a transfer between two spokes take two steps?
Spokes only talk to the hub, where the one supply ledger lives. It caps what any route can mint.
Who can use stock tokens?
Not US persons or residents of Canada, the UK or Switzerland. The app is geofenced accordingly.
